Mini Coffee Cup

I'm so excited to share my latest project with you!!  When I was at the CTMH convention this summer, there was another consultant there (Hi Gail!) who had the cutest little mini-Starbucks cups included in her display.  She was kind enough to share her source with me and I ordered some as soon as I got home.

I've been thinking and thinking about these little cups ever since and I finally knuckled down and created one today and filled it with some delicious German chocolates to take as a little giftie for my hairdresser (Hi Birgit!).

I have a couple of tips about covering these little cups:
1.  Take one apart and use it as a template for your cover.  Cut your main cover out of B&T Duos paper.  Use your template to cut a cardstock piece down to act as the sleeve.
2.  Use Memory Book Glue Dots to adhere everything to your cup.  Every other adhesive I tried fell off within minutes of application.
3.  Don't try to adhere your accent piece flat.  Just don't!  Trust me on this:  you will only end up frustrated and in tears.  Don't ask how I know!  LOL

Here is your shopping list for this project:
1772 Memory Book Glue Dots
X7197B Zoe Paper Packet
Z3169 Cricut Artbooking Collection
Scraps of White Daisy, Sunset, Slate, Black, and Cranberry

What do you think??  Isn't it just the cutest little thing??  I can't wait to make more of these!
